FAQs

  • Small, community-based financial institutions (less than $250mm in assets) and health care organizations (less than 2,500 discharges) are our highest priority and selected according to need.

    All participating organizations must accept our Terms of Service and permit us the right to disclose your organization’s participation in the program.

    Additionally, you may not copy, reproduce, transmit or distribute to third parties, display, rent, lease, sell, private label, remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on, create derivative works of, mirror, frame, or sublicense the our data in any manner not expressly permitted by our Terms of Service.

  • We will need a list of companies that you would like for us to monitor on your behalf. This information is generally classified internal use and is not highly restricted by most compliance teams and regulators.

    The spreadsheet file must be exported in CSV format and include the required fields below. Failure to include these fields will prevent us from providing monitoring services to you.

    For increased accuracy, we recommend these optional fields as well:

    - Street Address
    - City
    - Zip Code
    - Website

  • Our free community plan is limited to monitoring no more than 10 critical vendors per organization.

    To add more vendors to your plan, please contact our sales team at info@breachsiren.com

  • If your application is accepted, we will notify you via email within 5-7 business days to schedule an orientation and coordinate reception of your vendor spreadsheet (CSV).

  • We do not leverage OpenAI or similar third-party AI services for continuous monitoring of your vendors.
